My Journey to Coaching
Born in the south of
France in 1971, I grew up in a place bordered by sea and mountains.
As a child, I wondered what lay beyond these boundaries and how to
get there. This strong desire to experience something new, to
discover uncharted territories and paths, still drives me today.
At home in an intercultural environment
Both privately and professionally, I feel at home not just in France but also in Germany and the United States. After nine years in New York, I, along with my family, have been living again in Berlin since 2012.
Through my internationally-formed coaching education, I’ve become acquainted with a wide range of methods and approaches. Through further education, I have deepened my knowledge of particular aspects of these approaches. Having also worked in other fields, I have a good understanding of a variety of business contexts and working conditions.
In addition, my certification as a practitioner of alternative medicine enables me to integrate aspects of health and general well being into the coaching process.
In choosing my career path, my fascination with and enthusiasm for the coaching profession prevailed. Integrating the cultural dimension and coaching tools into intercultural work is fueled for me by my desire to continue to help people to achieve success, to live happily, to be more respectful, and to be more flexible with cultural difference. After working as a coach in New York, I have been working as an independent career, life and intercultural coach in Berlin for the last four years.
In addition, I work as a job coach in cooperation with Goldnetz gGmbH and Fraueninfothek Steglitz in Berlin.
I am happy to offer coaching in French (my mother tongue), in English (fluent) and in German (fluent).
I am looking forward to our work together!
